We have recently hired My Wood Flooring Limited to replace old carpets throughout our whole house with engineered wood. Our first point of contact was Darren who was extremely professional and helped us decide about which type of floor to go for. He and Karen promptly answered all our questions. As we are both perfectionists we were dreaming about the perfect wooden floor with an amazing finish. So when we met Nick we knew straight away that our high standards would be met. His professionalism, hard work, attention to details and craftsmanship are just amazing. The floors add luxurious look to our new home. The result exceeded all our expectations. After recently moving into our new house I spent such a long time trying to find the perfect oak flooring. My friend recommended My Wood Flooring, and Karen and Darren were an absolute pleasure to deal with. We chose the Select Nature Grade in a natural oil finish. It's beautiful quality, a light honey colour without looking orangey, with a clean look that still has some character. Karen was exceptionally helpful,always responding to my queries quickly and professionally. It made such a difference working with a local family business who genuinely want to give great service and offer a superior product. I've had so many compliments on my new floor! We recently had our wood flooring fitted by My Wood Flooring and we absolutely love the end result. It has transformed our house and we have already had so many compliments about the floor. Karen & Darren provided us with fantastic customer service and were always prompt to answer any queries we had. Nick & his team did a fantastic job with laying the floor and were quick and efficient and went to the trouble to resolve an issue we had in our newly converted dining room with the floor levels. We would recommend them to anyone looking to get wood flooring in their house.

We have recently had the whole of our downstairs flooring done by My Wood Flooring and we are so happy with the work. It has changed the whole look and feel of our downstairs area. It was a big job (we had to have our old parquet taken up too), but Darren gave us good advice (and was patient with our long decision making) and Chris, Rob and Jordan did a brilliant job and worked so hard. They levelled out floor levels, removed old skirting, old thresholds (which we wanted, so the flooring flowed from room to room), put new skirting in; they even dealt with a man hole we need access too and have kept it invisible, as we didn't want a trap door. Thank you!

Thanks Darren for the fantastic service. We are delighted with how our floor looks and feels. It is so warm under foot and easy to clean.
